I uploaded a ton of photos from various things that happened over the summer this year, up to and including my trip home in July. There’s actually more but as usual my stupid computer back home is broken and I can’t get into it again to finish the job. I’m so sick of that thing.

There’s not much else going on. I know I promised to put something up explaining how to use the site. I don’t really have any excuse for having not done it, other than lazyness. I’ll get to it sooner or later, honestly. I’ve been in something of a funk since getting back, and I can’t quite shake it enough to get up the nerve to start any big projects. The hour or so I spent tonight updating this site was a pretty major accomplishment.

We’ve been house shopping like mad, Mom has been doing more work than all of the agents combined driving around finding new places to look at. We thought we had the perfect one at one point but the owners turned out to be stuck in some weird legal battle or something, and didn’t actually have a clean title. Oh well. I admit I’m being pretty picky at this point about what I want, but with three and a half months to go still before I’m done here I don’t feel any huge pressure to make a decision yet. Come October, if we haven’t found one yet, I’ll probably lower my standards considerably.
